Return & Refund Policy

Yugen Care by Dr. Gehad follows a no-refund policy for all treatments done, retails sold, and packages/pathways/programs sold.

Services provided by Toothpick (PostPay or Tabby) are non-refundable once the first payment is processed.

For any unused packages/pathways/programs, the client can change the current treatment plan to another, with the same value, as per his/her preferences and concerns, but subject to assessment and approval of the Aesthetician in charge.

Refund or replacement for any treatment/pathway/program will not be applicable due to the following reasons:

• Change of mind, unsatisfactory results or any regular side effects that were explained

• Pre-conditions not informed and not following care instructions given by Aesthetician
